How do you handle travel arrangements for destination weddings?

For destination weddings, I coordinate all travel and accommodation and typically arrive a day or two early to scout the location. Your input on where to stay is always welcome to ensure convenience and alignment with your plans. Travel fees are customized based on the destination and are added to your final invoice.

Will we receive RAW files?

I deliver fully edited, high-resolution images that reflect my brand and quality standards. The RAW files are not included, as each image is carefully selected and refined to tell your story.

Do the images include retouching, color adjustment, or other enhancements?

Yes, all final images are color-corrected and edited in my own personal style. I provide subtle skin retouching to enhance your natural beauty while keeping everything real—I don’t alter facial or body shapes or make major changes to the surroundings.

What if it rains or there’s inclement weather?

I work closely with your planner to create a solid Plan B (and even a Plan C if needed!). I don’t give up easily and will try my hardest to keep to your original vision for your wedding day. Whatever the weather, you can trust that I’ll capture your celebration beautifully.

Should we create a “shot list” of specific photos we want?

While I naturally capture the organic flow of your day, I welcome any specific requests. Highlighting special people, planned moments, or unique details helps me incorporate them seamlessly.

How do you manage the wedding day timeline?

I work closely with your planner or coordinator to create a detailed timeline that ensures perfect lighting and ample time for each desired shot. If there isn’t a planner, I’ll communicate directly with the designated coordinator from the wedding party to keep everything aligned and stay on track.

What’s the next step after we book?

Once you’ve booked, we’ll dive into planning, starting with a creative consultation to align on style, vision, and timeline. As the day approaches, we’ll have a final call to lock in details and ensure everything flows smoothly, so you can simply enjoy the experience.

Do you offer albums or printed work?

Yes, I offer bespoke coffee table books and magazines, curated to reflect the beauty and style of your wedding. If a coffee table book and/or magazine is part of your collection, you’ll receive your own custom version filled with beautifully curated images selected by you in the Pic-Time Gallery. For the coffee table book, you’ll also have the chance to make revisions before the final production, ensuring a timeless keepsake that tells your story perfectly.

What happens if you’re unable to photograph our wedding due to an emergency?

In the rare event I can’t be there, I have a network of trusted professionals who share my style and standards. If needed, I’ll arrange for a replacement photographer to document your day with the same level of quality and artistry. In the worst-case scenario, if no alternative is found, you’ll receive a full refund.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Depending on the size and style of the wedding, I can bring a second photographer to ensure every angle and moment is captured. We’ll discuss this in our planning to determine what best suits your needs.

What’s your process for capturing the wedding day?

I arrive early to scout locations and get inspired by the setting. My goal is to document everything from getting ready to the first hours of the party with an editorial eye, blending candid moments with styled shots to create a cohesive, timeless narrative.

How can we be sure we’re the right fit?

What if we have a multi-day wedding or additional events?

I offer custom packages for multi-day celebrations, capturing everything from intimate pre-wedding gatherings to the main event and post-wedding brunches or pool parties. I’ll curate an offer specifically tailored to your wishes.

How many images will we receive, and when will they be delivered?

For a full-day wedding, you’ll receive a minimum of 750 curated images, with multiple-day weddings often resulting in even more. Each photo is carefully selected and edited to create a curated story that captures the essence and beauty of your wedding day. Images are typically ready within 10 weeks and will be delivered in a high-resolution Pic-Time Gallery, making it easy for you to view, download, and share with friends and family.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. I photograph weddings worldwide, from stunning coastal venues to hidden countryside villas and vibrant cityscapes. Wherever your story takes you, I’m there to capture it.

What happens if there’s a change in the creative direction or project scope?

These changes will be reflected in an updated agreement to guarantee everything runs smoothly.

Can you shoot both digital and film?

I primarily shoot digital, ensuring high-quality, detailed images with a modern, refined aesthetic. I select the best equipment and settings based on the project’s style and lighting conditions to deliver the best results.

What’s the turnaround time for commercial and editorial images?

Images are generally ready within 4-6 weeks, depending on the project’s scope and complexity. Expedited delivery can be arranged, but it’s important to communicate this early on, as it will depend on other photoshoots, editing schedules, and commitments.

Once we connect and discuss your vision, I’ll send over a tailored proposal. To secure the booking, a signed contract and a 50% retainer are required, with the remaining balance due before the shoot.
